Episode 58: How to Navigate Hearing No in Your Career

I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve coached women through the fear of hearing, “No.” So many of us are afraid of feeling rejected and we take the “No” personally. We don’t try new things, we don’t ask for what we deserve, and we don’t give ourselves a chance to pursue our dreams because we fear potential rejection.

Rejection decreases your ability to keep pushing forward. It increases anger, anxiety, depression, jealousy, and sadness. It drives imposter syndrome and lack of self-confidence. It sabotages your future success.

Join me in this episode as I unpack the fear of hearing, “No,” the underlying fear being rejected, and how you can push past that fear.
